Video is not showing even though the APP is already connected to Wi-Fi.

Please check if the power of the device is full. If it is on level 1 on the power indicator, please recharge the Wi-Fi transmitter.

How can I transfer the images and videos to my phone?

Click on the action button when viewing the images or videos on the app, choose "Save Image" or "Save Video", then the files will be saved on your phones or tablets. ScopeAround App also supports exporting files with iTunes.
